Every time I download a new application on my smart phone, I expect it to simplify my life and solve my problems.
Most of the times I am disappointed with an app and I am sure people go through the same experience. Many web developers do not pay attention to the user-experience in the mobile app design.
In simple words, if the app has to continuously tell me about how to navigate from one screen to another or what every button means, then it has lost me completely. Now every time I open this app, I have to take some time and remember how to use this app. This definitely does not make my life easier!
So what is user experience? Let me tell you, that I am not referring to UI (user interface) or the graphic design. User experience has got to do nothing with technology and it is certainly not the role of just one person.
